SUMMARY

Responsible for formulating budget projections for the University and monitoring revenue and expenditure. Conducts budget analysis and presentations to the University administrators and Board of Regents.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field AND seven years of professional budget and accounting experience or an equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Knowledge of the principles and practice of governmental budgeting, financial and manpower reporting
Knowledge of the principles and practices of budget control systems and processes
Skill in preparing budgets and forecasting
Skill in implementing budget and position control systems
