Assistant Manager University Printing Duties
This position assists the Manager University Printing with
oversight & management of all operations & personnel
connected with the operation of the printing department
including sales, production, customer service & liaison
between the department and upper management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with customers to advise on & discuss jobs; estimate
job cost (Hagan software system); promote printing services;
coordinate production activities with the help of the
Manager; evaluate financial information and prepare reports;
personnel management; may represent department in meetings,
conferences or exhibits on behalf of the Manager.
