SUMMARY

This is a highly skilled position in the operation & maintenance of a networked, computer oriented, digital printing system. Coordinate jobs; meet with customers; maintain computer database; follow job from start to finish.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate & maintain computer generated digital printing equipment. Transfer & manipulate computer generated print files for production. Assist in routine preventive maintenance & monitoring of network infrastructure. Assist customers with training for proper job submission. Coordinate jobs from start to finish; expedites jobs via computer entry; approve proofs; prepare estimates for jobs & procurement; obtain quotes from outside vendors for assistance with finishing products; consult with staff regarding progress of jobs; answer telephone; other duties as needed.
