Research Professional Duties
This is the sixth in a series of eight titles for positions
involving the performance and management of duties in a research
setting. Positions assigned to the Research series have
increasingly more responsibility for research design and
modification, data analysis, interpretation, project management,
results summarization, and formal presentations.
The Research Professional II assists with overall project
management on a large project; and may manage small projects or
components of larger projects. May also supervise professional
and technical staff.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently analyzes results and draws conclusions.
Assists with the professional presentation of results.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master's degree and no experience or equivalent combination of
Bachelor's degree plus experience and skills required.
Area-specific certification and/or training may be required and
other training will be provided as appropriate.
