SUMMARY

Produces daily program logs for on-air staff to include all underwriting and special programming. Underwriter billing, plan and promote community events and Plan and promote special concerts/events for station.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to all operational activities of the radio station including answering telephone and opening and rounting of the mail.

Produces a daily program log for on air staff including recordings, special programming and underwriting

Billing for program sponsorhip

Handle/process all renewals or new underwriting agreements

Coordinate and implement 'special projects' such as live broadcasts or recordings

Coordinate and implement community events

Prepare and Maintain reports and records for FCC and CPB

Assist Station Manager in maintaining budget and financial records

Process all travel, purchasing and new hires

Develops the 'availablity' sheets for program sponsorship
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School/GED or Vocational Diploma plus 2 years experience.
