Senior Marketing Professional Duties
SUMMARY
Complete complex marketing research activites as they pertain to
the marketing programs of the Georgia Center. Compile maintain
and utilize mailing lists to assist with various marketing
programs. Develop and maintain a computer database to be used to
implement center marketing programs. Advise clients on
promotions and public relations activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports directly to the Marketing Director for the
Georgia Center. Work involves highly complex marketing duties. A
person in this position works under general guideance fromthe
Marketing Director to develop, coordinate, and implement
marketing programs for the Georgia Center. This person may also
manage other people in the department and would be responsible
for training new employees.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Completion of 4 year degree from an accredited college or
university and at least four years of experience in a related
field; or any equivalent combination of education and
experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Extensive knowledge of marketing research methods, promotions
and public relations. Knowledge of database management and word
processing tools.
