Sales & Shipping Coordinator Duties
SUMMARY
Ensures that all publication orders are accurately processed and
shipped in a timely manner to departments, statewide offices and
to nationwide customers who purchase publications through the
Business Office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Selects and packages publications for orders processed by the
Business Office. Processes all Print-On-Demand orders which
include downloading orders, writing the work orders for
printing, locating master copies, sorting orders for printing.
Sorts printed publications, packages orders for shipping to
appropriate destinations. Counts and packages all preprinted
manuals to be distributed statewide. Routine clerical tasks
including, but not limited to, maintaining files, preparing
various reports, answering phones, giving information to callers
and walk-in clients. Consults with authors/depts, requests
approvals from appropriate sources, notifies county offices of
availability of publications. Maintains various mailing lists
(payroll, retirement, job announcements, etc.) for department.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
