Property Control Coordinator Duties
The Property Control Coordinator manages day to day equipment
inventory operations, assists the Dept. Mgr. with reports and
reconciliations, and ensures accurate data is input into the
Equipment Inventory database.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hire, train, supervise and direct, and oversee the duties of the
inventory clerks. Includes assignment of duties to these staff
Coordinate, instruct, and advise departmental contact persons on
the procedures for conducting annual inventories.
Verify accuracy and reconcile information input into equipment
inventory database by other employees.
Prepare customized reports for the Department Manager and UGA
Assist the Department Manager with monthly and annual
Conduct the annual inventory for the office.
May review hourly and salaried payroll timesheets and prepare
hourly and salaried payroll vouchers.
May be responsible for office while Department Manager on leave
which could include performing some of the Manager's duties.
Misc. duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma and four years related experience.
